Case Study: FraudStoppers campaign.


In June 2011, Legal & General Insurance launched a FraudStoppers campaign. Research shows that nearly a third of Brits, 29%, think it’s acceptable to exaggerate a home insurance claim. We still see some customers thinking it acceptable to add items, even those they have never owned, to an insurance claim.

Thankfully, the message that this is fraud – and wrong – is getting through. Our media campaign reached eight million consumers across the UK.
